After a Navy research initiative focused on psychic abilities takes a tragic turn, leading to the death of a test subject, Harm steps up to defend the admiral overseeing the project. Meanwhile, Mac takes on the role of prosecutor, rigorously demonstrating the flaws in the admiral's theories about ESP.
