In the midst of a training exercise, a critically injured Marine is discovered on the shoreline. The JAG team springs into action to look into the incident. Harm and Meg explore two possible scenarios: whether it was a sanctioned Code Red or the result of a violent altercation. The investigation takes them through various locations, including Camp Pendleton and parts of Los Angeles.
