Following Enoch’s heroic sacrifice that led them through the time storm, the team finds themselves back in 1983. There, Nathaniel and Kora are busy assembling a carefully chosen group of anarchist Inhumans at Afterlife. As the agents divide to cover more territory, Daisy takes on the responsibility of safeguarding Jiaying and feels the urge to confront her mother for the first time since her passing. Meanwhile, the rest of the team discovers that to thwart Malick, they'll have to tackle yet another enhanced adversary from their past.
