When Debra's mother proposes hosting a traditional English tea party for Debra, Ray hesitantly goes along with it, but only after she assures him that she’ll handle everything. However, once Debra catches wind of Ray's plans for her birthday celebration, she decides to switch things up and recommends transforming the event into a Chinese banquet instead.
