Michael believes that Jr. should gain a solid understanding of the family business by beginning with basic tasks, so he has Jr. tackle some grunt work at Kyle Trucking. However, Jr. seizes the opportunity of being the boss's son and persuades his coworkers to handle his responsibilities instead.
