As President Bartlet and his team engage in heated discussions about deploying American troops to Kundu to intervene in a genocidal conflict, they find unexpected motivation from Laurel and Hardy. Bartlet appoints Will as the Deputy Communications Director, while Donna faces the fallout when a comment Jack believed was off the record ends up in a "Post" article published by Danny's editor.
