S3E6 Rats to Riches

Kamohai and Tristyn walk into a house so rundown the floors are crumbling, rats scatter across the kitchen, and chickens wander freely through the living room. It’s the worst property they’ve ever laid eyes on—but they make an offer anyway. The deal falls through during escrow, only to come back at a rock-bottom price. Now, with limited budget and endless problems, they have to turn this complete catastrophe into a beautiful, livable home.
