Gordon embarks on his journey in northern India, the birthplace of beloved curry dishes. On an express train, he faces the challenge of cooking for numerous passengers in the tight confines of the pantry car. His next test comes when he encounters a grumpy royal chef, tasked with creating a unique biryani for a grand wedding celebration. The adventure takes him into the jungle, where he finds himself swarmed by ants while climbing a 40-foot tree, all in pursuit of the local tribe's cherished delicacy.
