What begins as a festive birthday celebration takes a turn for the worse when the birthday girl and her 25 friends find themselves stuck at a Malibu winery. Frustrated, she decides to take legal action against the party-bus owner, seeking compensation for the expensive ride shares needed to return home and for her birthday presents that she claims were left behind on the bus.
