Jeff Mauro puts a twist on his beloved fish and chips by serving it on bread! He heads to his go-to fish market to pick up some fresh cod from the ocean, which he then coats in a crispy beer batter. Instead of the traditional presentation, he serves it on petite parker house rolls, topped with a refreshing and crunchy fennel slaw.
