Rudy feels the sting of Theo's playful antics and ends up in tears. In response, Theo faces the consequences of his actions. Meanwhile, Clair visits the doctor, only to receive the same guidance that Cliff had previously offered her. Cliff discovers that the hospital's cleaning staff, including Rita Moreno, has been let go from her position in the Doctor's Lounge.
