During a charity event, Cliff participates in the Penn Relays alongside "Tailwind" Turner. As a twist of fate, he finds himself competing in the final leg against Olympic champion Valerie Brisco-Hooks, seemingly as retribution for last year's race. Josh Culbreath stars as Col. Sanford "Tailwind" Turner, while Valerie Brisco-Hooks portrays herself. The episode also features a cameo from Camille Cosby, Bill Cosby's wife, in an uncredited role.
