Frank is thrilled to have one of his plays brought to life. However, when he receives an assignment abroad, he entrusts Murphy with overseeing the production. Caught up in her own storyline, Murphy adopts a laid-back attitude, allowing the director to take the reins. As the performance approaches, the director opts for a significant change in casting. Murphy learns of this decision only moments before the show begins.
