Lois receives a traffic citation and quickly points fingers at Francis, demanding he cough up the cash to pay it off. To gather the funds, Francis concocts a spectacle to entertain his fellow cadets. Meanwhile, Malcolm uncovers proof that contradicts Lois’s claims regarding the ticket, revealing she may not be entirely in the right.
