Charlie Chalk washes ashore on the island of Merrytwit, where he encounters Edward, Trader Jones, Captain Mildred, Arnold, and Lewis T. Duck. The group quickly decides that Charlie's first task is to construct a home, but finding the perfect spot for it turns out to be quite a challenge.
