Rosie, Pepper, and Indigo are on a mission to halt the dangerous sludge stream while also protecting a boy from the perils of industrial waste. Their investigation leads them to discover that the toxic flow originates from one of Preston Praxton's factories. However, as they implement their two-step strategy, unforeseen complications arise, putting both their plan and the boy’s safety at risk.
