With a set budget and a desire for a spacious kitchen and family area, she hopes to find the perfect place. After Ben and Erin present her with two charming options that require some renovations, the transformation begins on one of the properties, turning it into a stylish and inviting retreat for her loved ones. They cleverly repurpose beams and cabinets from the original home to create a beautiful custom table and kitchen island.
