Inside Caboose's head, Tex and Church encounter Caboose's inner vision of Church, who is rude, abrasive, and convinced he is Caboose's closest friend. Meanwhile, at the Red Base, Donut and Grif frantically search for a component near the Warthog that's essential for Simmons' cyborg procedure. Their anxiety spikes as they spot Sheila, Tucker, and Lopez heading their way. The episode wraps up with Tucker struggling to stop Sheila in time.
