Chaos erupts when an off-duty officer accidentally shoots an undercover cop after being hit in the shoulder. The first shooter’s confession to Sorenson reignites the ongoing tension between Sipowicz and Lt. Fancy. Meanwhile, Russell and Kirkendall are occupied with a different case linked to a member of their own precinct. Additionally, ADA Costas is preoccupied with the recent death of a man she had previously prosecuted, who was found dead in Ryker’s Island.
