When the wife of a drug dealer is discovered shot and their safe cleared out, Simone and Sipowicz step in to investigate. Meanwhile, Russell and Kirkendall find themselves in a dangerous situation as they delve deeper into the case. At the same time, Medavoy and Martinez receive a call to look into the murder of a prostitute, whose body has been discarded in a trash container.
