After a supermodel files a lawsuit against the mayor, Charlie enlists the help of a college buddy to represent him. As tensions rise, Charlie becomes conflicted when Scott makes a move on Caitlin. Simultaneously, Paul and Stuart find themselves in a rivalry as they both pursue the same woman, leading to comedic and awkward situations.
