In a spirited annual Thanksgiving contest, the Mayor's office faces off against City Council, with the humiliating consequence for the losing team being a performance of a musical number before the media. Meanwhile, James struggles to end his long-distance relationship with his girlfriend, who has come to visit from Wisconsin, complicating matters further as the competition heats up.
