S4E17 Bilko's Grand Hotel

Bilko decides to launch a pizza stand, but things go awry when it catches fire while Paparelli and Zimmerman are running it. Undeterred, he attempts to start again with a budget hotel, but disaster strikes once more as it too goes up in flames.
