S1E1 Robin Hood and the Sorcerer (Part 1)

Robin of Loxley and his cousin Much find themselves captured in Sherwood Forest after they are accused of poaching one of the King's deer. They are thrown into the dungeon of the Sheriff of Nottingham, where they encounter a diverse group of criminals who will eventually become the first Merry Men. After a daring escape back into the forest, Robin is visited by Herne The Hunter, who reveals that it is his fate to combat the Norman invaders. Meanwhile, the Sheriff is well aware of Herne's legend, as he possesses a silver arrow believed to have belonged to the mythical figure.
