Carlos struggles to keep up with his schoolwork when he receives some alarming news from Vangie. Meanwhile, the police are on the hunt for a two-year-old girl who has gone missing following a car accident involving her family. Bosco and Faith confront a disabled man who is selling drugs to kids, while Sully and Davis work to locate the drunk who assaulted the pastor of Sully's church.
