Following a near-fatal poisoning incident involving four individuals, Don discovers that someone has been interfering with over-the-counter medications. The situation escalates when the culprit releases a manifesto in a local newspaper, leading Don to suspect that the individual could be a disgruntled ex-employee from the pharmaceutical company that produced the tainted product.
