Officer Hector Navarro pulls over a silver pickup truck at the Nogales port of entry after noticing the driver’s odd behavior and solo travels, raising suspicions. A police dog is brought in to detect any drugs, leading to the discovery of a cleverly concealed stash of heroin. This bust sets a new record for the largest drug seizure at this port.
