The Looney Builders are on a tight schedule to construct a new racetrack for Cecil Turtle. However, Daffy Duck becomes overly enthusiastic about his own racing ambitions, leading him to alter crucial aspects of the track’s design. As the team scrambles to stay on track, chaos ensues, testing their teamwork and resolve. Will they complete the racetrack in time for Cecil, or will Daffy's antics derail their efforts?
