In Mexico, David 'Baily' has chosen isolation to manage his anger issues. However, his solitude is interrupted when fellow fugitive doctor Gail Collins accidentally discovers his hideout. Meanwhile, McGee and the team are on a search mission, trying to locate both Baily and Collins, unaware of the unexpected alliance that has formed between the two doctors.
