Jay teams up with his comedian friend Jeff Dunham to compete in a thrilling race featuring the quickest amphibious cars available. Afterwards, Jay takes to the ocean aboard a colossal Navy hovercraft. He then battles flames using a classic steam truck before navigating a water-soaked track while donning a suit designed to simulate drunkenness.
