S2E10 Skull Cleaner

Mike begins his journey in Sacramento, California, where he lends a hand in fixing railroad tracks. Next, he travels to Louisiana to discover the art of crafting "boudin," a traditional Cajun sausage. Following that, he prepares and fries pig skins to create "cracklin," or pork rinds. His adventure culminates in Oklahoma, where he joins a skull-cleaning operation to master the process of cleaning bones and skulls with the help of beetles and maggots, even tackling a whale carcass in the process.
