Les, age 40, finds himself in a critical situation as he’s hurried to St George's following a disastrous car accident on a rural road. Meanwhile, Cambelle, a 21-year-old, battles an infected cyst that could necessitate an operation. Additionally, 67-year-old Patrick arrives at A&E after an alarming incident where his horse dragged him for 40 meters, leaving him stranded for two hours before being discovered.
