Mina and Karen acquire a multifamily building and decide to kick off their renovation by focusing on a ground-floor condo. Their vision involves taking down walls to establish an airy kitchen while also planning a complete overhaul of the building's facade. However, the entire endeavor faces a setback when Karen attempts to navigate an HVAC exchange, leading to a series of comical mishaps.
