The lifeless body of a 15-year-old girl is discovered crushed inside an abandoned building after she escapes from a treatment facility for at-risk girls. Voight assigns Halstead to go undercover as a security guard at the center, suspecting that the girls might be exchanging sexual favors for various goods or services.
