In Modesto, authorities apprehend a woman facing her 14th felony charge, while a young man is taken into custody for riding his bicycle without reflectors. Over in Virginia Beach, a man makes a scene as he dances his way into the drunk tank, and a woman unexpectedly finds herself facing embezzlement charges. Meanwhile, in Flagler County, a young man is determined to end his family’s pattern of incarceration and break free from the cycle of crime.
