Carlotta makes her way back to Gravity Records, only to discover that everything has transformed. Star encounters Jackson's mother, Becky, leading to an unexpected revelation. At the same time, Simone seeks Nina’s assistance when Angel reappears in an unforeseen manner. Alex, still shaken from her argument with Derek, faces challenges in creating her own music. Meanwhile, Noah spirals into paranoia and recruits his father, Bobby, to manage him. As the episode unfolds, Cassie and Carlotta begin to mend their relationship, while Carlotta finds closure by confronting her father, Calvin.
