Mitch and Mike McLusky, brothers living in Kingstown—a town dominated by several prisons—serve as intermediaries between inmates and the outside world. When a young corrections officer named Sam finds himself in a precarious situation after being tricked into delivering a letter for an inmate, Mike steps in to help him clear his name.
