In an attempt to secure a promotion, George organizes a beauty pageant to crown Miss Jefferson Cleaners. At the same time, George faces a challenge with his lease, which is set to expire. Mr. Whittendale possesses the new lease but is only willing to hand it over to George if his rebellious punk rocker niece emerges victorious in the contest.
