S2E28 Day of Reckoning

A German squadron launches a bombing raid on the 918th's base in Archbury, resulting in casualties that include several new replacements and WRAF Sergeant Winifred Broome. The Chaplain mourns the loss of the fallen, particularly affected by Winifred's death. In a moment of despair, he takes aim and shoots a Luftwaffe pilot who is parachuting down to safety.
