Tensions between Rocko and a neighborhood drug dealer reach a breaking point when a mailman is found dead outside the halfway house, leading to Bill being accused of the crime. Seeking to improve his reputation, Bill strikes up a friendship with an elderly couple, but things don’t unfold quite the way he envisioned.
