Title: Taking the Next Steps Plot: The group heads to Kyle's lakeside retreat for a weekend filled with relaxation and excitement. Couples Justin and Tonya, along with Chris and Kurt, enjoy their time together, while the single friends stick to each other. Despite Nicole's absence, Kyle resists the temptation to connect with Keri, opting to keep their distance by sleeping in separate rooms. He confides, "I enjoy my time with Keri, but Nicole is still very much in the picture." Once they return to Chicago, the atmosphere shifts; Chris realizes that Kurt desires more than he can provide. While Chris is committed to his recovery and maintaining sobriety while working at the bar, Kurt seeks a deeper commitment. Ultimately, Chris decides to end their relationship.
