With their children constantly glued to their devices, Astrid and James decide to implement a weekend ban on screens. However, things get tricky when Astrid unexpectedly picks up a work project and James is tasked with managing his company’s social media. To juggle their responsibilities, James takes the older kids to the park, hoping to keep them entertained while he sneaks in some social media posts, while Astrid stays home to settle the baby for a nap before tackling her own work. But without the allure of screens, both parents find it more challenging than anticipated.
