After a young woman suffers a prolonged and agonizing death due to an untreated infection, Cosgrove and Shaw begin to suspect that she was connected to a powerful cult. Meanwhile, Price and Maroun intensify their efforts to interrogate the cult's members in hopes of uncovering the true mastermind behind it all.
