After spending four years overseas, Cyrus Lupo makes his way back to New York to confront his own demons. Teaming up with Green, the detectives look into two seemingly identical suicides. Their investigation leads them to a parolee nicknamed "Dr. Death," raising their suspicions about his potential involvement.
