Ray decides to put Becca's name forward for Homecoming Queen, despite her objections. In a humorous twist, Goodman counters by nominating a cow as a statement against beauty pageants. The final competitor is an arrogant cheerleader. Meanwhile, Artie, who was Paige's supervisor at the steelworks in season 3, teams up with her to give the restaurant a new look inspired by cows. They’ve established a partnership called Darlin' Construction, named after Artie’s endearing nickname for Paige.
