Chefs Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro are recovering from an exciting night out as the boot camp takes on the vibe of the Las Vegas strip. The teams engage in a fun challenge, piecing together clues to follow the chefs' escapades and find a missing dish. After attempting to recreate the dish from memory, the singles are taught to craft an impressive fish dish that emphasizes both plating and presentation. While some recruits maintain their winning momentum, others face elimination for producing the least successful dishes.
