S7E3 Take Holiday Pies by Surprise

Host Jesse Palmer challenges ten bakers to showcase a nut or seed in their holiday desserts. The contestants then spin a wheel to select a core holiday ingredient—either holiday spice, dried fruit, or holiday spirits—to incorporate into unexpected treats like icebox cakes and fruit tarts. Judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman, and Carla Hall evaluate the bakers’ creations to decide who successfully meets the challenge.
