Determined to assist his superior, Malloy seeks to understand the reasons behind the young man’s rebellious behavior. Meanwhile, the duo looks into a potential burglary at an apartment complex, settles a conflict in a park involving an elderly woman feeding ducks, responds to a brawl between two armed men over a woman, and handles a homeless man trying to direct traffic at a hectic intersection.
