Reed and Malloy respond to a burglary incident that a young boy, known for his remarkable photographic memory, has witnessed. Shortly after, they receive another call about two intoxicated men firing shots at a box of dynamite in a nearby neighborhood, putting everyone in the vicinity at risk.
