S4E23 The Chicago Connection

Hooker heads to Chicago for what she expects to be an easy three-hour extradition mission to bring back a felon accused of selling stolen goods. However, she finds herself teamed up with the quick-witted Detective Sidney P. Stover. Unbeknownst to her, Stover has his own agenda; he intends to leverage the fencer Hooker is transporting to set up a sting operation against a notorious drug supplier.
